Marlon Thomas Massengale - President

Marlon Thomas (Tommy) Massengale is the President of Massengale Construction Company, Inc. (MCCI). Mr. Massengale was raised in Tennessee in a family of builders dating back three generations. Tommy broke away from the family business and started working as a general construction superintendent for Southern Builders, Inc., Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1993. In 1995, Southern Builders promoted him to Project Manager. Southern Builders is a commercial and residential general construction company working throughout the southeastern United States.

Mr. Massengale relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1998, working for Pinnacle Builders as a Superintendent on commercial and custom homes. After qualifying for his B-2 General Construction Contractor’s license in the summer of 2001, Tommy partnered with Richard Gordon of Laurich Properties, Inc. and they started Massengale Construction Company, Inc.

MCCI specializes in commercial site, shops and pad building construction as well as tenant improvements and custom homes.

Mr. Massengale oversees Marketing, Estimating and the day to day operations of the office.
